The staff was always very friendly and welcoming, providing us with helpful tips for navigating the area. the location was ideal, being close to many restaurants and attractions. the courtyard was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
The language barrier was sometimes challenging and made communication difficult. the breakfast spread was quite limited and left something to be desired.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to the center and restaurant options in the tourist area. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were functional and clean. Great location near the main square. Mexican decorations create a warm atmosphere. Salsa dancing class with excellent instructor. Close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Welcoming staff and cleaning service.

Located near the center of a bustling tourist area, this hotel offers easy access to great restaurants and downtown attractions. the clean rooms come with basic amenities and a nice courtyard for relaxing.
The lack of English-speaking staff may be a challenge for some international travelers.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel had pretty decorations that created a festive atmosphere. the location was convenient as it was near popular dining spots and shopping areas. The staff was polite and accommodating, offering free water and a great salsa dancing class.
My stay was overshadowed by negative experiences. the rooms lacked proper storage space and were cramped.
